ELTC Open Day with IMPROVE programme is developed to support 49 English Language lecturers from 24 teaching institutes in developing micro-courses on the OpenLearning platform (https://openlearning.com). This program comprises monthly virtual meetings and one-to-one consultations where lecturers can consult and refer to the appointed IMPROVE mentors from the English Language Teaching Centre (ELTC), Ministry of Education Malaysia. In addition, OpenLearning learning designers conduct four virtual workshops. Besides the scheduled dates, lecturers can also set one-to-one consultation sessions by requesting an appointment date in the cloud-based appointment form.
