Course Description

This course aims to create opportunities for participants to develop the ability to produce pieces of writing which are clear and well-structured on complex topics of various lengths. Participants are given practice in highlighting salient points using a style appropriate to the reader and context in mind.

Learning Outcomes

Present a complex topic clearly and structured well.
Present points of view by underlining the main ideas and supporting reasonings with detailed examples.
Write with a high degree of grammatical correctness, varied vocabulary and appropriate style.
